Parking is available for two cars. No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted. Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo. Welcome to luxury in the Aspens! This recently remodeled mountain modern two bedroom condo, Spruces 13, affectionately referred to as The Elks, makes this an amazing getaway for a small family or group of friends who want to explore Jackson Hole. Boasting almost 800 square feet, this condo is located on the upper level of the condominium building accessed by a staircase. This unit features two bedrooms; one with a Four Seasons California king bed, generous closets and generous space. The second bedroom, which includes a Four Seasons Queen bed, though smaller than the primary bedroom, provides an excellent retreat for a great night's rest.. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the chef in your group needs to prepare a gourmet meal after a long adventure. Enjoy the electric fireplace while relaxing in the cozy entertaining area with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. In the summer months, both bedrooms are equipped with window A/C units. The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee. \*\*Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Booking is subject to be cancelled if agreement is not signed within 48 hours. \*\*For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval. A lease agreement along with a security deposit will be required. \*\* Guests staying with Rendezvous Mountain Rentals receive up to $300 in ski and snowboard rental credit through Black Tie Skis—delivered to your door so you can avoid rental shop lines and have a hassle free ski trip! Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Just between Jackson and Teton Village, this was a perfect home base for the two of us. Close to food markets, restaurants, bars, and shops. It was just the right amount of space for the two of us. While the bedrooms can sleep more, I could see where the rest of the place would be tight with more than two people. We also struggled with hot water with both of us showering after long days out in the mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need, and the beds were comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay at "The Elks" in Wilson, WY. Management was very communicative. The location was great. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessaries, including a Keurig pod/drip coffee maker. Both bedrooms had A/C -- much appreciated during the warm late summer days. It is close to Persephone bakery and a small market. We did not try the sushi place nearby but would try it next time. Perfect for two adults.
