Located near the front of The Aspens neighborhood, guests enjoy easy access to nearby shops, dining, and public transportation. The cool mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during summer months. Fans are provided in each bedroom for additional airflow. The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee. After completing your booking, you will receive a digital rental agreement by email. To secure your reservation, please review and sign the agreement within 48 hours. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if the agreement is not signed within this timeframe. The property is in need of some upgrades. The couch pulls out as a bed, but it was filled with crumbs and a dog chew toy, and it looks like the pillows and couch had never been cleaned. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of useful cooking utensils, but they needed a good cleaning. The front entry transition to carpet has a staple sticking out of the carpet. I know, because I stepped on it. The bathroom and laundry room was very clean and the washer and dryer worked well. The toilet seat needs replacing. It's a very cheep model that slides away from you when you sit on it. In summary, it worked for my son and I who are less discriminating then most, and the price was cost effective. You may want to upgrade the couch, carpeting and cleaning service. I hope this was helpful. ##### Thomas C. Very comfortable living area, and plenty of room in the kitchen and bathroom. The washer/dryer was a bonus. There is a nice green area outside the patio, and a nearby small market for immediate needs. The market is rather pricey but there are markets in Jackson.
