The Space: 1st floor apartment with private entrance that feels more like a house. This is a single family style house not attached to neighbors. Newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher, gas range and plenty of storage. Private laundry in the basement which is not shared with the upstairs unit. Guest Access: Entire space of the apartment The Neighborhood: Located in the sought after Triangle neighborhood. Quiet, safe and near Salesianum High School. Getting Around: You will need a car to get around, especially for groceries. Decent liquor store within walking distance. Cafe that serves breakfast, coffee and lunch within walking distance. Other Things to Note: There's is an upstairs unit with a long term tenant. May hear footsteps or occasional dog bark. We do not allow cats on our property. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and with prior approval only. You must pay the $150 pet fee in order to have your reservation approved for your pet. There is a $500 undisclosed pet fee. Interaction with Guests: We are local and are available for emergencies. Self check in means you can have your privacy. We are local, experienced professional superhosts with multiple properties.
