NEWLY remodeled home with a fully fenced landscaped back yard. There is a large covered patio that over looks the grassy area perfect to let the kids or pets play and is the regulated distance for corn hole! Whether your family is looking to get competitive or relax and not worry about a thing this home has it all from the 4 person hot tub to the multiple fire pits. Our home is extremely clean and well kept. The Williams house is walking distance to the rodeo grounds, walking distance to downtown and route 66, walking distance to the polar express, walking distance to the best bars and restaurants that Williams has to offer. Oh but that is not all, we are close to our beautiful lakes to swim or fish, there are great trails, we are close to the new amusement park, not far from BEARIZONA, we are 45 minutes to the GRAND CANYON, and only 45 minutes to the base of the SAN FRANCISCO PEAKS (SKIING+SNOWBOARDING+SCENIC CHAIR LIFT) We would love a chance to share our home with you! Perfect Getaway Location

I loved the home and its location and decor. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have had and we stay in several homes throughout the year. The kitchen was great for cooking and communal meal.

Grand Canyon Trip

Outstanding property. The firepits and hot tub were a great touch after a day at the Grand Canyon. The down town area is very close and had great dining and shopping options.

Grand Canyon Stay

We have enjoyed our stay here! The home was so welcoming. It was easy to cook meals in the kitchen and we enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and countless cornhole games in the big backyard. The location is super close to town and the neighborhood is quiet. Our hosts quickly answered all our questions.

Perfect for our family!

This house was just as describe and perfect for our family. Great location. We were able to visit the Polar Express Train, Bearizona, and the Grand Canyon. Having this clean and comfy house to come home to was perfect. If we visit Willams, AZ again, we will definitely stay here!

We stayed here to drive up to the Grand Canyon and the house was perfect. Immaculately clean, good location, the hot tub was awesome to relax in under the stars. Communication was great! The check in and check out process was easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cozy home in the center of it all

We enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable, the house is cute, and the backyard was fun and cozy. The hot tub was one of the best I’ve ever been in. Full back massage 😂 We were just a few blocks from the main downtown area.

Very nice little house. We walked to town and back every morning for breakfast. Wish we could’ve used the backyard, but it was a bit cold for us Havasuvians!!Hope all is well in the home.

Great rental close to town

Very cute and comfortable, well equipped rental. The backyard was perfect to hang out in and for our pups to enjoy as well. Good neighborhood, neighbors were friendly and the property owner was easy to get a hold of. Not sure we would walk to town from there, but it is certainly a quick jaunt in a vehicle.

The property is great. Very convenient to town. It was perfect. Dogs had a blast. Had been to Williams before and this is the best way to do it. Owners of the house were great and communicative.

The property was as described and better. Minor issue with the hot tub which was resolved Clean, close to town and all amenities. Shelbi is a great host and genuinely cares for her guests - with respecting privacy. Would totally book this home again next time we are in Williams!
