There is a large covered patio that over looks the grassy area perfect to let the kids or pets play and is the regulated distance for corn hole! Whether your family is looking to get competitive or relax and not worry about a thing this home has it all from the 4 person hot tub to the multiple fire pits. Our home is extremely clean and well kept. The Williams house is walking distance to the rodeo grounds, walking distance to downtown and route 66, walking distance to the polar express, walking distance to the best bars and restaurants that Williams has to offer. It was a great location for us. We went to the Deer Farm, Grand Canyon and Bearizona, all nearby. My mom is in a wheelchair and we were able to get her in the house, even with the minimal step at the front and back door.
