Williams Event Center Tours and Activities

There were roaches smashed in multiple places on the wall in our room, used shampoo was on the sink, and hair was all in the tub. The bathroom smelled like chlorine. The pool was too cold and the hot tub looked GROSS. There was a film over the top and hair floating all in it also. The pool area appeared to be the room they store all their plants in as well. The AC in the room wouldn't stay on, the knobs didn't seem to work properly and the light from the hairdryer was like a spotlight shining in your room all night long. The front desk lady was nice and pleasant, but that was about the only plus to it. It was a last minute, one night trip so we made due, but I wouldn't go back again.

We LOVED The Ozarker! We will absolutely stay here on our next visit to Branson!!

Beautiful, unique hotel in downtown Springfield, MO. We have stayed here many times for weekend getaways and it’s always wonderful. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend the on site restaurant/bar at front of hotel and also the rooftop lounge. We will be back soon!!
