⭐⭐☆☆☆ The only strong point of TownePlace Suites near Cal Expo is the convenient location. Unfortunately, the property feels outdated and my room (3108) was messy. The shower backsplash was cracked, the toilet paper holder misaligned, and the carpet worn. I emailed photos to the front desk manager, Alison, as requested, but never received a response. There was also a false fire alarm one night. Overall, there is significant room for improvement in both maintenance and customer service.

Room was way too hot like 93 degrees hot. This was in December!!!! Ran ac all night and still Sweated and tossed and turned all night
