Wilder Vacation Packages

Location and price were good. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. We were there for seven nights and only once was room cleaned. Back and sides of toilet and wall tie under sink was dirty. Exercise room Had no water in cooler entire time and was never cleaned. Three times we had to come back to front desk because swipe card did not work. Main floor rest room near exercise room was out of order entire stay. Menu for breakfast was same every day, and only fruit was unappealing whole small apple. Towels were thread bare and frayed on edges. Don't think we'll stay there again.

I was in from IL, it was a last min emergency and needed somewhere to stay close to the hospital (11 mins away) and right by the airport! Check-in was fast and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and updated. They also had microwave and a fridge n freezer in the room. The Waterpark was small and perfect for my 2 yr old grandson. They had a great bar n grill restaurant at the hotel (open for breakfast also!).The food was great and well portioned and the staff was very kind and inviting when walking in. I ordered online and they gave everything I needed to take my food back to my room. The only thing was when I went to extend my stay 1 more night I had to remake a new reservation. The girl said she couldn't just charge me for another night cause I booked through Expedia. Which was a bit of an inconvenience at the time given my situation. If I ever need to stay in Sioux Falls again I would definitely stay here again. Would be a great spot for a birthday weekend with the grandkids!

Clean room, good breakfast and excellent customer service

The hot tub was cold. The staff was great. Lots of room for our dog to run outside.

The room was nice and clean, and everyone was very friendly
