Wilbur Chocolate Company Tours and Activities

Not expecting the Ritz at the price point of the booking, but my room was never fully turned down during a Monday - Friday stay; the turndowns I received didn't make the bed fully, which I found pretty weird- just half of the bed both times? There was also dirt left on the floor of the hotel room from the cleaning. I tried to order room service several times but could never get through to despite calling multiple times. When I checked out, I raised the concerns to the front desk person who told me I would have needed to request my room be cleaned to get the full turndown experience? Pretty weird. I think I would skip staying here in the future.
