"Appreciate we had a room right at the front of the hotel but the noise in the morning from the unloading delivery van was very very loud."

The only let down was the lack of gluten free options on the menu in the restaurant for our evening meal. It took 3 staff for me to explain my dietary needs for coeliac disease before finally being offered an adapted chicken dinner."
