I had the single room, #3, that had the bathroom across the hallway. The room itself has all the basics you need for coffee and tea, plus condiments and biscuits. The room has a view of the harbor. Breakfast was excellent! For the amount I paid and previous reviews, I was worried, but Ken and Virginia were welcoming hosts and you can't get something similar for the price in the US. The landlady waited for me to arrive. I was given a room upgrade. Clean room, lovely shower with jets to massage my back and for breakfast the bacon stood out..
