Basics were as you’d expect for a short term rental, tv in every room, clean sheets/towels. Heat worked great considering it’s an old house and it was pretty cold out. The kitchen was well stocked plates and pans wise, but there was no coffee provided. The screened in room off the kitchen absolutely reeked of animal pee, so made it difficult to want to use the backyard. The neighborhood is cute and quiet, but just a short drive or Uber to get downtown. The backyard is fenced in and gives great privacy.
