Overall, this is a nice, comfortable property. Lots of room inside and out!! The hosts are new to VRBO and the rental game, but were VERY responsive when we had an issue. The property is newly renovated inside. There are six comfortable beds (half king, the other half queen) with great bedding (blankets downstairs are FABULOUS). Brand new fluffy towels were lovely. Brand new appliances and hot water heater. This property served our purpose well and we will most likely rent it again.

The back yard was not fully fenced, and was quit unsafe.One of our kids stepped on a nail that went through her shoe.The property outside needs alot of clean up.The house was ok beds were clean and comfortable. The floors were very dirty, feet and socks were black if you didn't wear slip on shoes.There were no seasons and very limited pots and pans.This house was not our first choice but the booking we had canceled due to rental damage.So we were glad we found a place for us to be together. There were 3 out buildings that were very sketchy, and looked like people had been squatting in them.I would recommend more detail to things people need when away from home.
