This property has to be seen to be believed. Nautilus has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a huge pool in the middle of the house! The house has been furnished to the highest standards with no expense spared; the views are breathtaking from all levels of this beautiful property. As soon as you enter the Nautilus house you will know that you're in a unique property; as you gaze through an internal window that lets you look into the pool. The master bedroom has it's own level and amazing views from the room, balcony and spa! you can sleep up to 10 people in this house in comfort. The marina and beach is walk-able. The pool is the main feature of the house and most guests spend a lot of time looking over the boats in the marina! A 4 seatgolf buggy is provided for your stay. You can hire an additional 4 seatgolf buggy with this property for $85.00 extra per day. Our group of nine (three children) enjoyed sunsets on the balcony overlooking the Marina, and the kids had lots of fun with the pool portholes. The layout made it easy for us to have our own space when needed and share quality family time together. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. The property is centrally located, with a short walk or Buggy ride down to the beach or Marina. We really loved our Nautilus stay. ##### Carolyn B. It's spacious & in a great location close to the Marina & Catseye beach. It's also close to the airport but the noise wasn’t an issue (you can hear them but it's not that loud, often or long). The sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable but other than that, it was a perfect house for our group. It comes with a buggy & there is room to park another one that you can hire close by. ##### KATHRYN H. We booked this property by looking at the photos of the beautiful pool online that is the house’s main feature, unfortunately the water was too cold to swim in. We asked for the heating to be turned on and it was for 1 day only! One of our guests was told we could turn the heating on for an extra $50 a day. I would have thought that it should all be built into the cost of hiring the property! Loved Hamilton island but we were there in cooler weather and unfortunately a cold indoor pool was not a hit. ##### Vicki M. This time our bathrooms were filthy we had to go and buy cleaning products to clean them. Two rooms had not been changed between visits. Blinds missing, air con broken, knobs missing off fan switches and air con remotes missing. Had to move the bed in the downstairs room as t he neighbours were looking at us in bed because the blind was missing. It was filthy and extremely disappointing as we brought different guests this year and were raving about the house and unfortunately they were in the rooms that were not changed or cleaned. The views were amazing. The size of the bedrooms was great and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool was also great, however, it did get a bit murky at times. If i was to suggest anything for the property, it would be more air conditioning/fans in the kitchen area ( I noticed the ceiling is low), as this area did often get hot during the day.
