Its location is ideal being just a short stroll to the beach in one direction and the vibrant town centre in the other and opposite the house is a large green and play park so perfect for children and dogs alike. The icing on the cake is that Sea Breeze also has an allocated parking space in the undercover car park. The interior of Sea Breeze is light and airy, stylish and contemporary. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and outside storage room perfect for storing bikes, pushchairs and suitcases. The first floor has a sitting room with bifold doors opening on to a lovely, private, enclosed terrace, a bedroom and bathroom, whilst the third floor has two bedrooms and a shower room. Whitstable is a vibrant and buzzing seaside town, full of history and charm with a working harbour and fish market. It has a thriving art scene with lots of galleries showing the work of local artists, a great live music scene in the local pubs and some great cafes and restaurants serving contemporary dishes including of course oysters which made Whitstable famous. There is plenty to entertain both adults and children including a water sports centre for kayak and paddle board enthusiasts as well as sailing opportunities from the Whitstable Yacht Club. Boat trips also depart regularly from the harbour during the summer months. The location was excellent and the facilities in the house were more than we could have hoped for. We took a retractable dog gate for the front gravelled area which really allowed us to make use of it for our dog too. House clean though inside the wardrobes were dusty. Plenty of room. Enough towels for washing but could do with small towels being left in all the bathrooms for drying hands. Beds a little uncomfortable for us but we’re used to Tempur mattresses due to sore backs. Would benefit from some fans in the bedrooms as was quite warm at night but sleeping with windows open was noisy due to the car park next door, people leaving the pub and the early-rising seagulls! Great location and great to have a parking space as well as some outdoor space. Overall, a good house and I would stay there again. ##### Emma M. It is perfectly located, close to both the High street and the beach ,with the bonus of a small green opposite and covered parking at the rear. The property itself is very comfortable and well equipped with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Being a townhouse there is inevitably a fair amount of climbing up and down stairs so this may not suit everyone but the stairs are carpeted and have handrails so feel safe. We will definitely stay here again. It feels light and spacious inside and has all the benefits of a new property including a lovely shower, comfy bed, plenty of seating and the real plus of an underground parking space ( a decent size space but next to a pillar so a little tight for unloading). There is also a public car park next to the house which is useful but obviously a little noisy at times if you have windows open. The location is fantastic; tucked behind high street, next to a green with a small play area and only a few minutes walk to the beach.
