Part of Anfodd Countryside Retreats, it is set amongst the rolling meadows and enjoys far reaching views over the owners 6-acre smallholding. The property boasts its very own hot tub where you can relax after a busy day exploring the area and watch the plethora of amazing stars above. Y Bwthyn has been restored to its former glory by its owners and has been finished with quality and comfort in mind, the spacious open plan living space really is a great social space. Here you will find a fully equipped modern fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher and coffee machine. Sitting at the dining table you can enjoy views of the orchard and growing beds. For relaxation, the comfy sofas are perfect for snuggling up on a winter’s evening, and the property enjoys underfloor heating throughout and also offers a garden with seating area that backs onto farmland. A 40-minute drive away is the coastal village of Llansteffan, where you can enjoy morning walks along the beach or step back in time and visit the ruined castle dating back to the early 12th century, along with the Iron Age earthworks still visible to this day. Pendine Sands offers 6 miles of sandy beach and the famous coastal resort of Tenby is a 40-minute drive away. Oakwood, Wales’s largest theme park, and Folly Farm Zoo are all within 40-minute drive as well. Y Bwthyn is centrally located for local attractions including Cardigan Bay in 30 minutes, and Pembrokeshire Coast and Carmarthen Bay are both 25 minutes away.
