« My experience at Motel 6 was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean when we arrived — there was a bad smell, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The overall condition of the motel felt run-down and poorly maintained.
The customer service was also frustrating. Staff members were not very helpful when we brought up our concerns, and it felt like they did not care about making our stay comfortable. Overall the experience did...

« After making a reservation about two weeks in advance, we get there late in the evening to find out they do not have a room available that we reserved. Then, we reluctantly agreed to another room and the smoke smell was so strong. We went to the desk to ask for another room and were told they did not have any other rooms. We had to go to another establishment and find a room. Don’t waste your time. »

« We have stayed here several times as it is close to family, no frills, just a good place to stay. I t is updated and gets better every time. Price is right and staff is great! Cant go wrong....and just off the highway...This place was so much cleaner than other top notch places we have staed at. »
