Summary:  
St Mary’s Riverside is a charming ground floor apartment in the idyllic village of Egton Bridge. The property has undergone comprehensive refurbishment and has been converted into a beautiful apartment. With its river frontage views, private parking, and prime location just a short drive from Whitby, St Mary’s Riverside offers both modern comforts in an exceptional setting. If you're looking to explore the scenic beauty of the North York Moors National Park, this is the perfect base for your stay.  
  
The Space:  
This modern apartment, located on the ground floor, features two bedrooms and has been stylishly decorated throughout. The flat also includes a dedicated parking space for added convenience.  
  
The cosy kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware. There is ample cupboard space, along with complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar.  
  
The family bathroom, situated next to the kitchen, includes a bathtub, separate shower, sink, and toilet. Towels and linen are provided for your stay.  
  
After a long walk in the North York Moors National Park, unwind in the comfortable living space, which includes a sofa, armchair, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment. Enjoy breath-taking views across the River Esk as you sip your morning coffee from the comfort of the living room. The dining area features a table with seating for four.  
  
Both bedrooms offer peaceful views, and the master room has a luxurious double bed, making it a perfect place to relax. The second bedroom, located at the front of the property, is beautifully decorated and features twin single beds that can be joined together to form a super king-size bed. If you'd like this set up, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you.

The keys to St Mary’s Riverside are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.  
  
Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle.  
  
Children must be supervised at all times in the garden as it backs onto the River Esk.

Egton Bridge is a picturesque village located near Whitby in North Yorkshire. This rural location is part of the stunning North York Moors National Park. It's known for its tranquillity, natural beauty, and proximity to some great walking trails and historic sites.  
  
Egton Bridge is surrounded by the North York Moors an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, providing visitors with excellent walking, cycling, and outdoor adventure opportunities.  
  
This grand country house, Egton Manor, dates back to the 19th century and is situated in a lovely part of the valley.  
  
Within walking distance, you'll find two inviting pubs, a delightful farm shop, and the historic steam railway. The location is surrounded by ancient woodland walks and offers access to the nearby North Yorkshire Moors. For those seeking relaxation by the sea, the beautiful beaches are just a 10-minute drive away, while Whitby and Saltburn-by-the-Sea provide even more coastal charm to discover.  
  
Fly fishing is also an option for those looking to indulge in this peaceful activity.  
  
Getting Around:  
Egton Bridge is a rural area, so public transport options are more limited than in larger towns like Whitby. However, there are still some good ways to get around, particularly if you're exploring the surrounding areas of the North York Moors or heading to Whitby.  
  
Egton Bridge Railway Station is where you can catch trains on the Esk Valley Line running between Middlesbrough and Whitby.  
  
Egton Bridge is served by a limited number of bus routes connecting the village to nearby towns and villages, including Whitby. You can catch buses from Whitby or Lealholm for access to the village, as well as to explore other parts of the North York Moors National Park.
