Rooms were clean, excellent location, food was good at Rye Restaurant. Only complaint was the constant wacky tobacco/devils lettuce smell on the ground level.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only disadvantage is that it lacked a fridge. Once in a while we heard sirens in the area. The hotel is closed to a train / subway station, two stations away from Times Square.

The room was very clean, but no joke on the elevator issue. We stayed about a month ago hotel was quieter, no problem with the elevators. We gave up and took the service elevators most of the stay
