The front door key pad took several attempts to work. Upon entering the place smelled musty and wasn't "super" clean.Dust on lights, baseboards and outside of fridge not clean. Windows inside/out were dirty. Had to figure out heating system. It would either get too hot or too cold inside. No dish sponge in kitchen or extra trash bags. Couch in family room not the best for more than a few people (different than pictured too). Toilet in hall bathroom "runs" constantly. Poor water pressure in shower. Door squeaky as is the one bedroom. Neither one stayed closed and could open even when locked. Woke up to no hot water on day 3\. Maintenance was out to fix in a timely manner. Thank you! Floor transition piece between family/dining room is too high and a tripping hazard. The beds were comfortable. Nice view! Quiet. All contact w/homeowner was in a timely manner. ##### Shari M. We had a wonderful stay. It was very close to the marina - we visited Westport to fish. The home could use more seating and additional pots and pans if you are a group of more than 4\.
