Westfield Meriden Tours and Activities

The staff were very friendly and helpful; the room was clean; and the breakfast was excellent. I had to downgrade my review, however, as the property was very noisy (I could hear the bed squeak in the room upstairs and people talking in the hall). The most distressing part was the fact that when a guest flushed the toilet in the room above me, a gurgle of water splashed out of my own toilet. This was both noisy and potentially unsanitary had I been using my toilet at the same time. I alerted the front desk and housekeeping, but the problem was not resolved nor further acknowledged.

Totally adequate for a nights sleep next to the airport

Everything was handled perfectly and it always is. We have stayed there a number of times and are always completely satisfied.
