"This property is connected to the Cosmo and has it's own elevator to get you back and forth. The rooms were excellent. Staff was very helpful. I will be staying here from now on. Make sure to sign up for a pool pass for Cosmo's as soon as you check in. "

"I wasnt sure what i would get for the price, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, the deck pretty private, and it was very clean. I love the story of the hotel. "This property was nothing short of wonderful. My family and I were able to relax while enjoying the Vegas strip. The hotel had a delicious spot called the Delight and it was just that. Food was so good. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I loved the spa tub/ shower combo. "It was so interesting looking out our window on the 38th floor of the Signature. We were OK with just viewing the mega hotels at different times of day from sunrise until evening. The room had a good mini kitchen for cooking our breakfasts and storing some cold foods. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and had good supply of hot water. Good location too."

"This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants."

"We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us."

"Having to walk 15-20 minutes after being told valet would be available is disheartening. And then being told valet is limited."

"Our family loved this condo for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. It fit our needs so perfectly. It was clean, well equipped and was exactly how it’s advertised. We also had the perk of the monorail right at our doorstep to help get us to and from the Vegas Convention Center. We will be back most definitely."

"The property was just like the pictures. We were very happy and satisfied with the property, location and amenities. Only one complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies. Only one fork, very few cooking utensils and the pans were not conducive for cooking (burned and stained terribly). Also a lack of basic condiments ( salt, pepper, oil). Also a lack of cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning sprays, extra trash bags) especially since no housekeeping. Still overall really enjoyed the property and...

"Nice that it has free washer and dryer use unlike other hotels/motels where you have to pay quarters to use it. Love that the room comes with free amenities and bedroom is separate from the livingroom. Costs a little more than other places and I feel is a upgrade. Great bonus! I'll continue coming here instead of motel 6 ANYDAY, HANDS DOWN. "
