Room was clean but in very poor condition. Floor tiles were loose in about a dozen locations. Mattress was quite worn and uncomfortable.

I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys.
