West Porters Lake Vacation Packages

The front desk staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The TV was very small, with no connection to streaming services. The walls were very thin and we could hear neighbours. The air conditioner was extremely loud and jolted us awake through the night. We wanted the air conditioner on due to a slight smell of cigarettes in the room and neither of us are smokers. The bathroom was very small, I barely had room to turn around in it. The breakfast buffet had basics however some fresh fruit would have added a lot. The staff did well with what they had to work with, but once you finished talking with staff, you were left with the actual room.

Brought the family on a little east coast getaway and couldn't ask for a better location to return to and unwind in the evenings. Spectacular views on a peaceful cove with every accommodation you could ever need. Exceptional, absolutely loved it!

I liked the indian style decorations. The parking was ok. The breakfast was ok, except the coffee, which was horrible. Same for the coffee in the main lobby. When I asked if I could get a stronger coffee, I was told to drive to get one. The room was clean, but the pillows were not comfortable to sleep.The receptionist was polite, but the internet did not work, despite staff intervention and our requests for help. Convenient location to sleep one night, I would not reccomend for more.

The hotel is good and clean. This is my second time. The best thing is the staff. They are welcoming and helpful (Eden, Shawna and Libby) were all great.
