"Room wasn’t cleaned the 3 days we stayed, air con didn’t work very well room was boiling. Bed comfy, love the Scandinavian way of 2 duvets, no more arguing!! Property was lovely, lots of room to sit and relax which was helpful as rooms were small. Breakfast had excellent selection, although not replenished quickly enough, toast machine on ground floor didn’t work but I did find a small 2 slice one myself pity the staff didn’t point it out. Loved the bar very nice staff there. Hotel close to station, some shops, McDonald’s & foodhall. Close to Lilla Torg. Would stay again but would ask for room to be cleaned and fresh towels in future"
