Beautiful gardens, patio, yard, and an easy walk to Harding's Beach! Quiet side road with plenty of privacy! Park the car and be welcomed by the beautiful gardens. Enter through the front door into the open living, dining, and kitchen area. There is a large flat screen TV over the fireplace and free WiFi throughout. The dining room seats 8 comfortable. The kitchen was recently updated with a dishwasher, white appliances and double sinks! Off the kitchen you will find another sitting area that offers a large screen TV and single trundle bed - here you will also find access to the sunroom. Down the hall is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath with a tub and shower. The Master bedroom with a Queen bed is off of the living room along with Bedroom #3 which is right next to the master and offers a single bed. There is also another full bathroom with a shower that can be accessed from the living area as well as the bedroom. ​​​​​​​Central air and WiFi along with a washer/dryer make this a perfect little retreat for your summer vacation. I do have to say that there was a "moth ball/Stale" smell when we arrived that was pretty strong. it did dissipate as the week went along. Though we could smell it every time we came back to house. Lots of personal items and antiques that made the house feel older than it probably is. We didn't cook but kitchen seemed fine. The gardens were beautiful as described and the walk to the ocean was roughly 10-12 minutes. ##### Michael H. We were very impressed with our stay on this property. The house was tidy and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised it was larger than we thought. There are four different rooms where family members can sleep, although it is important to note that only two are truly private--the other two you have to walk through to get to the kitchen or bathroom. It has a 4-season porch that are kids loved hanging out in. The yard is fairly private and full of well-maintained gardens. True to the description, it is less than a mile to the local beach and lots to keep a family occupied nearby. We had brought a small fan, which was a life saver that helped me sleep at night. I wished the property had a welcome book that could remind you of check-out policies and provide more guidance on local activities and restaurants. Otherwise, we were all thrilled and would gladly stay there again. ##### Chris S.
