The Marina made a reservation for our boat, but when we went to dock our boat our assigned slip had a boat in it and the office was closed. If you have occupants in the room above you it can be uncomfortably loud. If you are planning to rest, this is not the place. We had two loud days and nights. Jumping, running, slamming doors, in the room above us. There is no insulation or sound barrier. It's like the Geico commercial with the tap dancers, dancing in the room above. If you want to take a nap or chill during the day, the thumping, jumping and running is so loud it is not possible to rest. This is our third and last stay here. During our second stay there was a party above us and it went until 2:00 am. The first stay no one was above us and it was wonderful. The owners are good people-nice people. The Lilac condo was very well appointed, comfortable and has an outstanding view to enjoy while lounging on the large covered deck. The pool, hot tubs and lake are all steps away. We had a great time staying in this condo... it was very clean and centrally located in Manson - very walkable to the public beach and the shops/restaurants in Manson... all of the necessities were already stocked (dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc)... dishes were in good shape and clean... great views from the balcony... would definitely stay again ##### Erin P.
