The location is great, right in between Woodsville and Wells River with easy access to I-91 (about 5 minutes up the road). This is also a short drive to North Haverhill, Haverhill, Piermont, Bath, Pike, and Lisbon on the New Hampshire side and Bradford, Newbury, Corinth, Ryegate, and Fairlee on the Vermont side. This house has a couple different options to accommodate different needs. They have studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments available. The apartment we stayed in was the 1 bedroom and it was very nice. Comfortable bed and cot, sectional in the living room area, smart TV for streaming services, nice fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, and free WiFi. We stayed for 5 days and it was so much better than a hotel (not to mention cheaper). The covered porch and large yard provide a nice area for relaxing or entertaining. There is also access to the river just down the road, just a short hike or take the car down and park in the pull off. I would highly recommend this for individuals, couples, and families looking for a nice, affordable place to stay. You won't find a better option for the money.
