• Backyard: stone patio, seating and gas grill (May to October)
• Lake: deeded access across the street with seating, a dining patio and a swim dock; boat rentals nearby from JSM Boats
• Parking for 5 cars plus the grass lot across the street; boat trailers welcome
• Families: travel crib, kids' books and toys, board games

GOOD TO KNOW

• Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM; neighbors live here year-round
• No parties or events, no pets, no smoking inside
• Swimming can close during town algae advisories, usually in late summer
• Planning a longer stay? We welcome stays of 28 nights or more. Online booking goes up to 27 nights, so message us with your dates and we'll share the details. Longer stays need a signed agreement before booking.
