Great place to stay. Very accommodating. The staff is great and very helpful and friendly. No complaints. One of the best places we have stayed. The beds are comfortable. Loved having 2 areas to get ready. The kitchette was great we had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and 2 hot spots to make meals.

The room was spotless and it was nice to relax with the fireplace. Also enjoyed saving money by buying and cooking our own meals.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dellshire Hotel! The property was immaculate—very clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The themed rooms were fun and added such a unique touch to the experience. One suggestion would be to add vending machines, possibly near the ice machines, for cheap convenient late-night snacks and drinks since all the amenities close around 10:00 PM. Most of the staff was very friendly, but we did have a couple of moments where the customer service felt a little lacking. The pool ran out of towels, and when we asked for more, no one seemed to have a clear answer as to when fresh ones would be back from the laundry. Meanwhile, several unused cabanas were fully stocked with towels that could have easily been offered to guests and replaced once the fresh laundry was ready. We also went to the front desk in need of a single Band-Aid, but instead of helping us find one or checking with a manager as to where they were kept, we were mostly met with a shrug and left to figure it out ourselves. That was the only reason we took away a few points, as the follow-through and problem solving just wasn’t quite there yet. Would we stay again? Absolutely! The hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable—and honestly, we’d come back for the homemade Kettle chips and dip from Gilded Spouts alone. YUM!
