When you arrive you will see the impressive three car heated garage which you are welcome to use for your vehicles, boat, bikes, ATVs or snowmobiles. The inside of the home is very impressive with hardwood flooring throughout the majority of the home, top of the line marble tile in the bathrooms, and consists of five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Main Level: Laundry Room/ Bath Room #1: Combination shower/tub with quartz paneled walls, washer & drier Bathroom #2: Beautiful custom quartz paneled walk-in shower Bedroom #1: Queen bed, Closet, Smart TV Kitchen & Dining Area: Open concept & fully stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc. There is a Keurig/coffee pot combo that comes stocked with K-cups. There is a large central island perfect for entertaining. The dining room table has an additional leaf to expand and meet the needs of larger groups. Pantry: Large walk-in pantry with shelving for any food you may bring. Stocked with a slow cooker, blender, toaster and a spice rack Living Room: Open to the kitchen/dining area, hardwood floors with vaulted ceiling. Impressive stone floor to ceiling gas fireplace. Patio doors open to the large wraparound deck that overlooks the lake. Upper Level: Bedroom # 2 (Master): King bed as well as two chairs for enjoying the view of the lake. Small private patio to relax and take in all the sights and sounds of the lake. Smart TV with Dishnet access. Closet. Bathroom #3 (Master): Impressive custom tile shower and standalone tub for soaking after a long day. Built in linen cabinet. Double sink. Bedroom #3: Queen Bed, Smart TV, Closet Loft: Pull out couch, overlooks the living room and has wonderful views of the lake. Smart TV with Dishnet access. Uppermost Area: Bedroom #4: Queen bed, closet, Smart TV Bedroom #5: Queen bed, closet, Smart TV Bathroom # 4: Custom tile shower, Linen Closet Family/Living Area: Two bunk beds with lower bunk being a full bed and upper bed being a twin bed. Ample room for additional cots/air mattresses upon request. Basement: Large, open, finished basement with large L shaped sofa in front of 90" Smart TV with Dishnet Access for lounging after a long day. Additional table to enjoy the sun and views or for playing games. Enjoy the wet bar equipped with a beverage fridge, sink and ice maker. For those golf enthusiasts there is a putting green room to work on your game! Bathroom #5: This large bathroom is perfect for changing to head out for a swim or changing out of winter gear after coming in through the basement patio doors. This bathroom houses the beach towels and has plenty of room for drying out wet clothing. While there is an area for a built-in shower, it is not completed at this time. There are numerous board games and cards to enjoy. There is another set of patio doors in the basement which allows you to walk out to the large stamped concrete patio area, where the Weber Genesis ll gas grill is located. Outdoors: Large wraparound Trex deck overlooking mature trees and Lake Irogami. An impressive stamped concrete patio, with wide steps that lead to a large concrete sitting area with a built-in fire pit. Walk further down to the pier where you can enjoy coffee on a bench, fishing or swimming. Lake Irogami is a full recreation lake. It is great for skiing, tubing, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. It is a shallow lake and tends to be low traffic making it safe and enjoyable for all to use. We have provided two paddle boards and two kayaks for your enjoyment, as well as fishing poles you are welcome to use. We have also provided life jackets. This home is close to ATV and snowmobile trails. For those golf enthusiasts, Waushara Country Club is a 27-hole course just minutes away from the home! Looking for winter time fun? Nordic Mountain Ski and Tubing Hill is just ten minutes away as well! Town is just minutes away and offers numerous restaurant options, gas stations, a grocery store, hardware stores, coffee and ice creams stops. There are even some restaurants that will deliver to the house for those nights when you don’t want to leave but don’t want to break from the fun to cook! The amenities were great. The hostess was attentive and even checked in on us via VRBO to make sure we were doing well. We were saying that we would have to come back during the summer so that we could enjoy the water activities then, in the middle of winter so that we could ice skate with the many pairs provided by the host! Lots a camp chairs for around a very nice fire-pit. Plenty of space and bathrooms. A second refrigerator was added to accommodate our large group. THANK YOU! Only one oven so bring an air-fry/toaster oven if you need a lot of oven space for feeding a large crowd. Although it does have a nice large grill attached to house propane. There was plenty of room in this spacious home for everyone. The kitchen was fabulous, plenty of room to cook and mingle. Outside we enjoyed the lower deck area with a fire pit. The fire pit area was large enough to accommodate all ten of us. We also had a great time playing our annual croquet game in the back and front yard. We would like to suggest some type of lighting for the stairs from the upper to the lower deck. Also, please have the cleaning service check the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. Aug 28, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great lake house We spent 9 days at this great lake house with our grown childeren, thier spouses and 7 grandchildren ages 1-13\. There was plenty of spacious bedrooms and room for everyone, including driveway parking. There were kayaks and stand up paddle boards and we rented a pontoon boat too. It was hot but the time on the water made it enjoyable. The huge upper deck with awesome lake view made a great place to socialize and have morning coffee/afternoon cocktails and could even accommodate all the kids. The firepit area was colored concrete and we had no problem with 12+ people sitting around it in the evening as there were plenty of chairs everywhere. The home is only a few years old and being a home builder I appreciated the quality materials they used throughout. Having 5 bathrooms with great showers made the mornings a lot easier. Kids enjoyed the large tv and game area in the walk-out lower level. Great ice cream and restaurants in the area. Host was easy to reach if I had a question. Great stay. ##### Bob W. Aug 3, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy #### Nice vacation house for a big family We enjoyed our stay and the house was nice and great location on a lake. The cleaners were still there when we arrived and stayed for at least a half hour to 45 min after we arrived. The stairs had dust on them, so that is something the cleaners must not clean frequently. The stairs leading up to the "second upstairs" were quite dirty and could use a good shampoo. We were planning on using the futon bed, but couldn't find ANY extra sheets, though there were extra blankets around. The coffee machine also did not work. I reached out to the owner on our first day about these things but didn't hear back until our last day there, which was unfortunate. If you are going to offer a futon as a place to sleep listed on the VRBO listing you should at minimum have sheets available for it. We used instant coffee or people went to the nearest kwik trip daily to get coffee- quite inconvenient. We had read there were fishing poles, but all three were broken, so we couldn't go fishing, only my son who brought his own. Also beware- the kayaks are very small, and quite tippy. I think they may be child size. I could fit into them but I'm a small adult female. I loved the size of the house and how roomy it was, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, but it would be more convenient to have one more bathroom upstairs where the majority of bedrooms are and the have a bedroom in the basement. It is shallow, so very little boat traffic which was nice. Used the stand up paddle boards and rented a Pontoon boat for part of our stay. Nearby golf course impressed all the golfers.
