Waukena Vacation Packages

While the grounds were clean when you walk in to check in it smells like cat or et dog almost musty ike, the pool area was very dirty and dusty and old food and trash were laying around, the ice machine looked as though it also had not been maintained in a while. The room was tidy and you can tell it was remodeled but the bed was hard maybe it's new and needs to be broke in or something and there was trash behind the bed where the plywood et the wall, didn't take my blow dryer because it said there was in room. The blow dryer was from 80's or 90's and barely worked, the AC made a noise like someone was crumbling up newspaper ALL NIGHT LONG. THE TV DIDN'T WORK, I called for Matainenance when we checked in to let them know while we got ready for a funeral. They interchanged remotes with a different room? then, maintenance decided to take TV off the wall and my husband waited outside while I got ready. He tried for 30 minutes and I told him we had to go and get ready to leave, we also couldn't log onto internet because front desk gave us old log in information. After the funeral we went back to see if we could at least get the correct wifi so my husband could unwind on his tablet and that's when we were told omeone would come trouble shoot it, no one came. I gave up. We tried again the next night and I called front desk , gentleman up front said they would figure it out when we checked out. Upon check out, front desk apologized and reimbursed for one night. We won't go back.
