« We were please with this top floor property which was only 3.5 miles where we were for graduation weekend. The apartment is well-appointed and quiet. Karl was an excellent and highly responsive host. Some reviews mention difficulties accessing the driveway because of the unusual road intersections there, but we did not find that an issue. The parking is ample and behind the building. Nice yard, patio, and grill area. Not fancy but very functional. We would stay there again. »

« Our family traveled to CT with our dogs for a soccer event in Farmington. This was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of fenced in yard for our dogs, and just the right amount of space inside for us and our two kids. Kitchen had most of the basics. Just missing (or we couldn’t locate) a cookie sheet and scissors but had all the other utensils we needed. House was nicely updated. « Though we only stayed one night and were at a family event for the majority of our visit to the area, we thoroughly enjoyed this guest house and wish we had more time to just relax and enjoy the space and beautiful property. The guest house is fully stocked with everything you would need and if you enjoy the outdoors it is right down the road from some beautiful trails. « We were in town visiting our son and DIL and new grandchild. Their apartment is too small for five extra adults so we found this nice home close by. The home has three nice bedrooms in a remodeled home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The large living room was more than enough for us. « The mid-century studio is even cuter than in the photos! Perfect location with walk to town and the wonderful restaurants there. Perfect for a couple. (I highly recommend the almond croissant at Wilsons.) The place is spotlessly clean and easy/quick communications with our host. The snack basket was perfect and the extra water bottles in the fridge saved us on a hike. We will definitely be back, maybe to paddle the nearby Housatonic. :) »
