Checkin was smooth but our room was freezing- an issue with the heating and cooling system. This was dealt with with amazing speed and a portable heater was provided. I must note that this was a FANTASTIC portable heater that we can't wait to purchase for our cabin.....silent and very effective. The dining room was lovely and afer a week of pub food on our driving vacay, was a delight to eat big-people food for a change. Rossand itself is beautiful. We woudl stay again in a heartbeat.
