"Perfect for our needs. It's pretty basic and a bit run down in places (especially the bathroom which needs renovating, and shower wasn't the best in terms of heat and spray), but I really can't argue with the excellent value for money. Would probably not have rated it 5 stars due to the bathroom/shower if it weren't for the price, which I can't argue with at all. It was the right property, at the right place, in the right location, with strong AC in the main area directly opposite the main bedroom so you can cool that down too (we like to sleep cold). There was a nice basket left out with snacks and such that was actually extremely useful for us, because we were on a road trip with kids and short on time. Came in super handy when we were exhausted from travel. Really appreciated that touch! Would definitely stay there again if we needed somewhere in this area."

"We loved our stay in our apartment off the Current River! It was clean and very nice! The beds were SO comfortable! It was a walk to the river but we were able to move our kayaks to the river with our car with a short ride. Really close to downtown Van Buren, and all the shops and dining you need. Las Margaritas was good! The fishing was great at sunset! Hoping to stay sometime again!"

"This house was beautiful and perfect for someone traveling with pets. The deck, with locking gates, was amazing. Perfect for enjoying the morning with coffee, or just letting the dogs enjoy being outside without fear of them running off. Plenty of room to spread out with a nice kitchen/dining area to enjoy everyone's company. Definitely will try to stay here again with friend/family when visiting the area in the future."

"Superb home for 3 couples with 3 full baths plus half bath. Good furniture and well equipped. Extremely clean. Great communication with host. We have used a lot of VRBO homes in a lot of locations and this one stands out."
