"Great business or travel hotel if flying in or out of Gatwick. Bit annoying we parked 10mins in a disabled park to unload our bags (there was no where else as a coach was blocking the doorway) and got pinged by a parking warden. Welcome to England!"

"Walls had holes in, electrical fittings broken, bulb in holder smashed off electrocution risk. Roof leaks, which had broken the fire/smoke detector.
