This luxury vacation rental has a gourmet kitchen with a gas range, island bar, and upgraded appliances all surrounded by rich granite countertops. This unit has a master suite on the lower level and two bedrooms upstairs. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. The third bedroom has two sets of bunks each with twin over fulls. The upstairs loft has a pull-out sofa.

Unable to access pool area

We did not have access to the pool. The key was not working. When we called to ask them to fix it, we were told they couldn't get a hold of the owner. We were unable to swim or get in the hot tub.

Not street parking

We were going to leave one of our vehicles on the street overnight but decided not to at the last minute. I'm glad we did because the next day we saw the signs that said absolutely no street parking or you will be towed. We didn't see these signs on our way in the first night because we were tired from driving all day and were busy looking for the house. It would be nice if this were mentioned in the rental agreement or guest book somewhere. That minor detail aside this was an amazingly well stocked and beautiful residence. We would definitely stay here again.

As advertised!

The property management company was very easy to work with and the property is as advertised! The only complaint is the fitness center only has a treadmill, bike and elliptical. It would be nice to have free weights but not a knock on the actual townhouse. We would definitely stay here again!

Over rated, over priced.

I've rented units in same neighborhood and this one is sub par, yet still charged same price. Cleanliness was mediocre. The driveway is so steep, and garage is tiny. If you bring UTV, you have to find somewhere to park trailer. The blinds on windows are see through and units are so close that your neighbors can literally see you all the time including showering. Lower the price. Let everyone know it's a Honda, not a Cadillac...

Perfect Thanksgiving Retreat

We had a bit of a snafu during arrival and check in with there being no power to the unit. However once we called the property managers, response was swift and a technician was there within 10 minutes to rectify the situation and get us set up. The situation was not the fault of the property managers, but they fixed it right away and everything else about the unit and our stay was great.

Really good beds. Comfortable furniture for a writer's retreat. Tiny doors on master that open even when locked. So it's a no for privacy, but everything else was good.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Front door lock required some patience, and it would have been nice to have had the garage door code/opener but really those are minor quibbles. Clean, roomy ( only 3 of us ) well appointed. Major things were good.
