Enjoy the beauty of Southern Utah in the comfort of this spacious 2700 sq ft luxury condo. If you enjoy off-roading or water sports, Sand Hollow is just a 15-minute drive away. Both Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs are within 10 miles, offering great options for boating and fishing. There is also a stocked fishing pond right across the street at the city park, perfect for kids. For a day trip, Las Vegas is less than two hours away and offers endless entertainment. For the adventurist type, there are many mountain biking trails from Cedar City South to Mesquite, NV. In fact, one does not have to go very far to find the closest bike trail from the condo. Prospector Bike trailhead is just 5 miles up the road. There are also hundreds of hikes and bike trails within a short drive. If golfing is your thing, this condo is connected to the Coral Canyon Golf Course.

Coral Ridge is centrally located in Washington Utah, just minutes away from downtown St. George, yet only down the road from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, and amazing off-road trails for adventure! So much space! Big kitchen, big bedrooms, big bathrooms, two living areas (one upstairs, one downstairs). Lots of parking available because the house is right across from the pool.

Clean, spacious, and a comfortable stay!

We loved staying here! We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. The master bedroom suites were very spacious and comfortable. I loved that there was a pack-n-play for our baby. It was spotless clean. The kids loved swimming at the pool. The only problem was that the pool fob was missing from our rental. Red Rock was great at communicating with us and resolved the problem quickly. We will definitely book here again! reproquickagaina!agagfuture!

Perfect Thanksgiving Weekend Stay

So nice. The rooms were all nice and large and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the things we needed for meals, and the pools were right across from the house. We’d definitely stay again!

We were very happy with our stay at Sunnyside. The home was exactly as pictured. It was clean, the furniture was nice, and it had everything that you could want in a vacation rental. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great for a golf getaway!

Stayed here with a couple of friends for a quick golf getaway. This was one of the nicest places we’ve ever rented. Very clean, great decor, comfortable beds, good water pressure, good AC…not one thing that made us say “it would be nice if…” I highly recommend this place.

Great stay

We very much enjoyed the time at the house. Good location for going to the Sand Hollow Reservoir and also sites in St. George. We came for the warmth of Utah and the pool. They have a nice pool facility, since we were wanting to relax the only drawback was there were tons of kids. we have experienced that same issue at spring break but not necessarily in the fall. Still the location is great and it was a very nice stay. It is a nice home that is well laid out and well stocked.

Beautiful home. Great location directly across from the club house.

The internet wouldn't connect. The TV wouldn't work to stream. Even after we made a service call. Their Amazon stick didn't work so we had to use our computer and personal hot spot to watch any TV! Also, all the towels smelled like they had been left in the washer too long. Some of them still looked dirty and the master bath had hair all around the top of the tub.

Great place to stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and clean. The loft upstairs was a nice cozy space to hang out at the end of the day. The house was well equipped with everything we needed - plenty of clean towels and sheets. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, could be cleaner

The neighborhood was perfect for our 1 week trip! It was just about 40 minutes from Zion, and very close to St. George. The proximity to the pool was really convenient as well and added to the good vobes! The house itself was well decorated and spacious, and from first glance looked pretty clean. However, the shower in the master bedroom upstairs had that pink bacteria in it, and the blanket on the bed had some stains.

Really nice property with plenty of room. There was only four of us but it could have easily accommodated more. Right across the street from the pool and worked out great as a centralized location for our trip. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

House was great...clean. We have stayed in this community multiple times and while we liked this property as it was right across the street from the pool, the back of the property fronts a somewhat busy road (day and night). I didn’t notice the noise that much but others in our party did. Aside from that, the property was great!

Already want to come back

A great house and floor plan for a family. We had plenty of space for sleeping and the beds were all comfortable. Rooms were a little hot and stuffy at night & we weren't able to adjust the air. Will crack a window next time because we'll for sure book here again. The heated pool was a hit with the kids, even though it was 45 degrees!

This condo is much bigger than the photos show. We had two families and LOVED the two master bedrooms. Lots of room for all the kids and lots of bathrooms. DEFINITELY will stay again.
