Welcome to Southern Delight!

This beautiful St. George, Utah Vacation home is in the Coral Ridge Community near Zion and St. George, Utah.
Southern Delight is located about 5 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and only 23 miles from Zion National Park. This beautiful property is the perfect St. George, Utah Vacation Home. Newly remodeled with unique, stylish décor and a private entrance. Enjoy access to two heated community swimming pools and hot tubs, putting green, clubhouse, and fitness center. There is also a fishing pond located across the street from the community.

The Master Suite is located on the main level and features a king size bed, two-night stands, lamps, dresser, DVD player and a flat screen TV. The king suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. Also has two bathrobes. The second bedroom is located upstairs featuring a queen size bed, dresser, queen blow up mattress and a 44-inch flat screen TV. The third bedroom is also located upstairs and features two twins, and a 44-inch flat screen TV. Comes complete with luxury bed and bath linens. The home also features a queen sofa sleeper in the upstairs loft area, a queen air mattress and a pack n play. Also featuring a full-size bathroom with a tub shower combo.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities from home. Perfect for entertaining friends and family. The living room has a large sectional couch, fireplace, game table, 60-inch flat screen TV, collection of DVDs', and DVD player. The dining room seats 7 at the table with three additional people at the bar. There is also a patio off the dining area with a BBQ, outdoor seating, solar umbrella and table for 4. Upstairs you will enjoy the second living area which features a queen sofa sleeper, 60-inch flat screen TV, coffee table, Xbox 360, controllers, games, toys, books, kids play tents and camp chairs, extra blankets.
This vacation home also features free Wi-Fi and cable TV, pool towels, plenty of soft blankets, children's toys and books, pack-n-play, high chair, blow dryers in each bathroom, iron, iron board and a Washer and Dryer for your convenience. The home is outfitted with the all the needed amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Guests at Southern Delight are also provided golf discounts at Coral Ridge golf course.
Outdoor enthusiasts will also enjoy numerous golf courses, mountain bike trails, hiking, biking and running trails.

Nice, but excessive rules

Very nice home, we enjoyed our stay. Only downfall was the excessive amount of rules posted throughout the entire home. It just felt a bit uncomfortable having signs in almost evety room warning if you do this ir that you will be charged × amount of money. I get wanting to keep the home nice but it was just a little over the top

Great Utah home base!

We had a great stay at this condo for our trip with friends to the National Parks. The condo was well stocked and clean, great neighborhood and location. Only thing I think the cleaning crew skimped on was not leaving paper towel or kitchen sponge. Overall would definitely stay again!!

We had a wonderful time in St George and loved this property. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. It was also perfectly located between St George and Hurricane. The only thing that really needs to be improved is the wifi. Wifi worked intermittently and coverage was not great.

Condo was outstanding. It was one of the cleanest we have rented. The pictures are very accurate. Furniture and beds are very comfortable. One note, some of the descriptions of the unit say there are two queen beds in one of the bedrooms, but they are actually twins. The pools are very nice and the area is a great central location to see it all!

Great location for outdoor adventures

We stayed here with our friends and our kids and loved it! We were close to a lot of hikes, parks, and lakes (Quail Creek, Sand Hollow) as well as good restaurants in Washington City and St. George. The house had all the amenities we needed, including a high chair and the beds were amazingly comfortable! We even looked to see what brand the mattresses were because we want one. The pools at the clubhouse were fun and great for all ages (both pools have shallow areas for kids awhile one of them doesn’t go deeper than 5 ft and the other goes down to 7 ft.) and two hot tubs as well! When we weren’t at the pool or out adventuring the kids loved all the board games and the Xbox. We’d love to stay here again!

Excellent place to stay!

House was very clean and plenty of space for big family. Beds were very comfortable and everything was great! Would recommend and would love to come back and stay again.

We had a great time.

All was well with the Condo, but there was a small issue with the size of the beds in the second upstairs bedroom. They appeared to be twins instead of queens. The Condo was also very clean and well maintained, but there was an issue with the common areas. The Gym was closed and that is understandable due to the current pandemic, but the one of the pools and the spa were closed during our stay because apparently someone relieved themselves in the pool. That left the other pool overcrowded. This obviously was not Brandy Perry’s or anyones fault other than what I can only assume was bad parenting. My overall rating would have been higher, but it wasn’t something I could just overlook. Thank you for having us, and we will be back.

Presidents Weekend Stay

Perfect rental for a family plus some!

We had a family of 5 and had plenty of room! Probably could have slept a few more folks. It’s was gorgeous, spacious and clean. Would totally stay here again!

Great Condo!

Great Condo for our St George stay! Very clean and well stocked. X-box, games, and dvds were an added bonus. The pool was fun and well maintained. The only thing that could have been better is the comfort of the beds. My family found them too hard for our preference.
