The neighborhood was quiet and close to a very nice park with a walking path. The interior of the home was clean and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. We were about 45 minutes away from Zion National Park and 2.5 hours away from Bryce Canyon. Snow Canyon State Park was 20 minutes away. If you want to dodge the crowds in the larger parks, Snow Canyon is the place to go. I'd stay here again. ##### Patrick S. It is a very quiet, fairly new house with neighbors only on one side. Very nice garage. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The patio was very large and nice with a the gas fire table working perfectly. We used it every night under the stars. The grill was a plus also.
