Escape to this lovely vacation rental new build and enjoy all southern Utah has to offer. Relax and enjoy downtime at the house conveniently located minutes from downtown St George and 30 minutes from Zion National Park. Hiking and biking trails are just out the door! The beautiful living room has a great sofa set, lazy boy, and armchair for plenty of seating with a large screen TV. The awesome kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances including a gas stove along with granite countertops and additional seating at the counter. It is loaded with all you need to prepare and serve your family meals. The master suite is located on this floor and has a king-size bed, the bathroom is roomy and has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The outside patio is a bonus living space outdoors with a patio table and chair, comfy wicker furniture, and a grill for meal prep options. A second bedroom with a full bed is also on this level down the hall and another full bathroom and double car garage complete this floor.

Upstairs there is an additional family room with sofas, a TV, a game table, tons of family games, and a fantastic Foosball table for hours of fun. There are two additional bedrooms and tons of space. The fun bunk room has two twin beds and a bunk bed with a twin over full! The other bedroom has two queen beds.

Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! The Ladera community is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities just a short drive away!
