Before every arrival, we carefully double-check the house to make sure it is clean, comfortable, and ready for your stay. Comfortable beds are one of the things our guests mention most often. Our mattresses have received wonderful feedback, including from taller guests who appreciate the frameless bed design, which provides extra room and avoids obstructions around the feet. The house has multiple coffee makers, so everyone can easily enjoy their favorite morning coffee. ❤️ Imagine waking up in a beautifully restored Colonial home, opening the door to the front porch, and enjoying your morning coffee on the swing while the town slowly comes to life.
    You’re just one minute from The Inn at Little Washington and its beautiful flower gardens—close enough to stroll over for dinner, yet tucked away in your own completely private home.

Wonderful trip! The host/home owner was so nice and so helpful. She gave detailed instructions on everything before we got there which made the entire stay go smoothly. The cottage was roomy, clean and more than we even expected. Oxana saw us outside and when she saw we had 2 toddlers, she showed us toys she had available for them to play with. She really goes above and beyond for guests. Highly recommend this place!

The property was very spacious and comfortable and exactly as described. The host was very helpful in answering any questions we had before we arrived and then when we arrived. Perfect home for our family to attend a wedding at the Inn. Great price, accommodations, well stocked, AC worked well and 2 full kitchens to keep groceries in-it’s a lovely town with lovely people-I would recommend this VRBO to others going here.

Great place to stay

The house is wonderfully located, a short walk to the Inn at Little Washington, and a reasonably short drive to Shenandoah National Park. It is extremely well-equipped, and while it has some of the quirks of old houses, we had a good, comfortable stay.
