Listing says garage for parking which was absolutely necessary for us due to the surgical procedure. Within a week and a half the garage door broke. Red Sands sent someone to look asap, which was appreciated. Unfortunately after that we heard nothing for days. We kept inquiring because it was very important for us to have the garage. We were eventually told that the owner would not fix it until after we were gone. We rented for 35 days, spent a lot of money and rented on the premise we had certain things in the rental… garage. We were told we could just manually move the garage door, which was impossible. The garage door had no exterior handles and was extremely heavy. Not possible for us to use manually. The owner seemed to not really care that we were very inconvenienced. After some back and forth with the rental agency we received a couple hundred dollars refund. That was great but in all honesty it was more about the lack of concern by the owner and the total unwillingness to get the repair done. I’ve never had to give a negative review before but this was not a great experience. House is in a good location, backyard area is nice. Could use a deep clean and some newer pillows as well. Red sands was great to deal with despite this owner. ##### Roben G. St. George city parks were enjoyed on our "slower" days. The condo neighborhood was a nice place to relax and enjoy the pool on hot afternoons.
