"Staff were amazingly kind and friendly. Our bedspread had some stains on it, our cups and ice bucket had some missing things on the tray, and our wall air conditioner/heater did not work properly. "Love our stay, we have stayed here several times and been great every time. Only complaint this trip we had someone above us with at least one dog if not 2 that made a little more noise running back and forth across the room than we would have liked.
