The original house sat in Connecticut and was disassembled to be built into a newer modern version here in Warwick, MD. This original colonial styled home has been upgraded and PACKED full of amenities - a pool, chipping/putting green, duck pond, hot tub, pickleball and basketball court, playground, pizza oven - just to name a few! Boasting a rustic aesthetic with exposed wood beams and stone accents, the interior is complemented by modern amenities for ultimate comfort. The spacious layout includes a gourmet kitchen, cozy living areas, and multiple bedrooms, ensuring everyone has their own space. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate. 3\. Please refrain from smoking inside the home!
