Great experience from the moment i checked in. Staff were very welcoming and explained the attractions surrounding the hotel. The location of this hotel is excellent as it is literally walking distance to key tourist spots. Many restaurants nearby and beautiful sceneries all around. The room arranged for us (i believe it was upgraded) is spacious, clean, comfortable and amenties are comprehensive. Rooftop bar is great too !

Lovely Hotel, great rooms and modern bathroom. The decor throughout the hotel is quirky and lovely. Felt like home from home, we were very comfortable during our stay.
Staff were excellent, kind and helpful. Andre on Reception was so friendly and helpful.

There were ants inside the main entrance. The room decorations were dusty. The brown curtains were oily from handprints. The sockets and plugs were dirty.
