Great location on Jan Sebastiana Bacha Street. 400 m to the Służew metro station. 1.4 km to the Horse Racing Track. Area: 45.8 m². Apartment for 4 people. Flat-screen TV, cable TV, Wi-Fi, Smart TV. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Desk, ideal for remote work. Fully equipped kitchenette. Toiletries, towels, and bed linen are provided. VAT invoice upon request.  
  
The Space:  
  
This cosy 45,8 m² apartment will comfortably accommodate 4 people. It is an excellent option for a stay in Warsaw or for business travellers. The bright interiors are a combination of shades of beige, white with accents in powder pink. The charming yet elegant décor positively contributes to a relaxed and pleasant stay. Tastefully selected accessories make the interior modern yet cosy, thus giving it a unique character. The layout of the rooms includes a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, balcony and bathroom with shower. The air-conditioned living room impresses with its comfort, where a comfortable, soft sofa with a sleeping function for two people invites you to relax and unwind. Large windows overlooking the balcony let in plenty of natural light, while the bright, harmonious colour scheme adds warmth to the interior. The balcony equipped with garden furniture is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. The kitchenette is the perfect place to prepare home-cooked meals. All white goods are of the highest quality, providing not only elegance but also functionality. The cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed provides rest and recuperation after a challenging day. The furnished space with a desk is the perfect place to work or study in front of the computer. The functional bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer, which is invaluable during a longer stay. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen TV with Smart TV and cable, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi access. This unique apartment is located in a building with an elevator in a residential area on Jana Sebastiana Bacha Street in Warsaw. Just 400 meters from the apartment is the Służew metro station, providing quick access to Warsaw's major attractions. The area is well-equipped with a wide range of shopping and service infrastructure, enhancing the quality of any stay. Only 450 meters away is the Land Shopping Center, and nearby you’ll also find Żabka and Biedronka stores. A 5-minute walk will take you to two restaurants — Sushi Bar Don and Restauracja Cichy Kącik. The location is well connected to the rest of the city, with nearby bus and tram stops providing access to the main sights of Warsaw. You can reach the Palace of Culture and Science in about 25 minutes by public transport. For horse racing enthusiasts, the Służew Horse Racing Track, just 1.4 km away, is a notable attraction. The nearby parks offer excellent opportunities for a stroll and relaxation in nature. Close by is Służew Square, and a bit further, the charming P. Pawlukiewicz Park. Driving or taking a taxi to Chopin Airport takes about 10 minutes, and it’s about 15 minutes to Warsaw Central Railway Station. The Warsaw Służewiec Railway Station is 2.8 km from the apartment.
