"Stayed for 3 nights. Great location, easy walk to all things in central Warrnambool. We actually caught the train from Melbourne (3.5 hours and way cheaper than using the car, which we never needed). We had a street / east facing, upper level room, so sitting inside and on the balcony we had great views of the Norfolk Pines. The apartment was great (we had a 2 bedroom room yet only used the master bedroom). Nice lounge area with kitchen, a small dining room with table & chairs, there was a desk, and the lounge had a big soft couch. TV is a modern flat smart type and a good size (I know it is extra cost, and you'd have to clamp them down, but a small soundbar would be good - as modern TV's have very basic speakers). Balcony had a small table with 3 chairs. Bathroom had shower & toilet innthe same room, wasn't cramped, plus a frontload washing machine (didn't use / need). Bed was comfy (was 2x king singles put together with a topper, so didn't really notice the join). The property has a pool, yet no cafe / resto ~ which is noted and was not a problem ~ a 5 min walk from your room gives you lots of eating choices ~ even the RSL is close ! The whole property is well maintained and clean - our apartment / room was very clean and well looked after. We walked all the way to the breakwater one day, a decent walk, then got an Uber back (1 Uber + taxis are in town). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place, and we would stay again for sure."

"We stayed in the standard unit and the only fault is the tv up on the wall faces the bed so kids had to sit on bed to watch TV. The room was a good size and had a comfy bed, good kitchen and had everything needed for cooking, which we didn't use but it's all there. The park is a great size and there's enough for kids to do. I would not hesitate to stay at the park again."

"The apartment was excellent everything was clean and spotless. We booked a one bed but had the choice of two rooms. Apartment looked like it was newly renovated, bed was comfortable and kitchen suppled with all the gadgets you would need. High speed NBN supplied and apartment even though it faced the road had no noice. Two EV charged were available on site. Would recommend if u want a nice comfortable place to stay."
