The appearance may turn you away, but I was very comfortable sleeping, showering and even watching TV after using the microwave and fridge. When we arrived they told me that they closed all their rooms. I showed them my reservation receipt and all they would do is put me in a non smoking room and NO PETS. Its -2° outside and smoking outside is just not going to happen. And what was i supposed to do about my dog??? The trash was still full from whoever stayed in the room before us. There were bed bug casts along the headboard. Man who lives in the room next to the one they rented to us, was "crazy" per the motel attendant who checked us out. He was outside wearing very little...and looking for things that didn't exist. Definitely did not feel safe.
