It was a GREAT experience for my family. The pool, arcade, and other amenities were really enjoyable and in great shape. The only thing that stood out that the pool hours are 9/10 AM (outside/inside), which for families with young kids , it may be suitable to have an earlier pool time. I stayed here for the World Cup and it was an incredible place to do that!

The security lock on the door was broken, turned on TV had a picture turned off to go out to eat but when we returned NO picture but sound. Was told having issues with cable?.. Where you hang your clothes on was coming out of the wall. No clock in room, no kleenex box, the outlets on the lamp was loose for my charging box for my cell phones. You could take a shower and a bath at the same time (drain was very slow) GOOD: A/C
