From the minute you walk in the welcome from all the staff is genuine, friendly and professional. The property itself has a lovely cosy laid back vibe and you’d never know it was a short walk from all the best entertainment that Brisbane has to offer. Don't expect fast check in. Difficult to initially navigate the property to your room. That said all was good. Don't try and fill the kettle the only sink is in the bathroom and you have to navigate the kettle and spout and get maybe 1 cup of water
